After four days of intensive business meetings, the Division Annual Meetings has finally come to a conclusion as Pastor Roger Caderma, president of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division (SSD), delivered a commitment message that stirred a sense of purpose and dedication among attendees. Drawing from Romans 10:13–15, Caderma reminded leaders and members that God has chosen them and that their role in the mission field is both a calling and a responsibility.

“You are chosen,” Caderma declared. “You will realize that God has chosen you, and the Lord is going to send you.” This reminder emphasized the significance of each person's assignment, urging leaders to embrace their duties wholeheartedly, no matter where they serve. He encouraged delegates to view their responsibilities as an opportunity to multiply their efforts and expand their impact for God’s kingdom.

Caderma also underscored the essence of obedience, urging everyone to maintain a consistent walk with God. "Obedience is worship, and consistency in our relationship with God will guide us through any challenge,” he noted, highlighting the church’s foundation as an organization for service, dedicated to sharing the gospel with the world. "We are here to serve, not to be served," he reminded, reinforcing the Adventist Church’s purpose as a global mission.

Acknowledging the trials that often come with service, Caderma spoke on the need for endurance, calling upon leaders to face challenges with resilience and faith. "There will be situations when you must give up your rights, endure trials, and accept the challenges ahead," he advised. "Take with you a good report wherever you go and trust everything to God."

Caderma’s message left a heartfelt appeal for truthfulness and an unwavering commitment to sharing Christ’s love. His words served as a powerful reminder to leaders across the Southern Asia-Pacific Division that their service is a sacred trust, divinely chosen and sustained by God, to further His mission in every corner of the world.

Delegates from various unions departed for their respective territories, carrying with them the inspiring charge and renewed mission objectives to share and implement within their local constituencies.
